Students in 2nd grade classroom in Fox Meadow were also excited to learn about Indonesia, a country that is far away from where they live. They were stunned to hear how long the flight that I took. Most of them knew where Indonesia was on the map. They asked lots of questions about what it is like to live there, especially about relating to the weather. I came to visit the class twice, and towards the end of my second visit, I taught them the Indonesian children happy song, "Di Sini Senang, Di Sana Senang."
